Entry to the boot camp is now ongoing…..each workout that we do and have ever done, is presented so that ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS are catered for. There is ongoing testing throughout the training, so that benefits are measurable from day 1.
If you are interested in losing inches, getting into the best shape of your life, in a setting that is friendly and encouraging, then contact me and set up a date for a trial session.
Summer Season is nearly upon us
Due to the ‘non winter’ months we are now moving our sessions back outside.
We can be found at the College of the Rockies Running Track, the soccer field on the corner past the hospital or at the field behind the TM Roberts School.
Session Times to choose from are:
9am
6pm
7pm

LUNCHTIME SESSIONS
We are holding 30 minute ‘Express Workouts’ specifically designed for the busy person……you don’t have much time, you just want to get in, get out and get the most out of that 30 minutes that you can.
We will be at the College of the Rockies Running Track on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes, 12.10 til 12.40pm starting 4 May 2010.
Registration is at 12.10pm 30 April 2010.
Cost of the sessions are $15 per session, or if you do both sessions in the week you only pay $20 for the week.
