  1. 1 Arm Row
  2. Goblet Squat

2 minute Break

  1. Plank Getup
  2. Flutter Kicks

2 minute Break

Finisher: 15/15 x 6

Choice of Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Squats or KB Swings. Remember keep reps consistent, and stay with the same exercise for the whole 3 minutes.
