We are now at the end of our de-load week…..we have learnt a lot of new skills….time to put some of them to use…… a pleasant 20/20 conditioning circuit to get the heart pumping in time for the weekend.

After a thorough warmup and mobilisation of the joints……we completed the 100 rep challenge for the day….

Then onto the workout:

Workout: 20s Work / 20s Rest

  1. KB Swing
  2. Pushups
  3. KB Clean / Catch / Squat
  4. Reverse Lunge
  5. KB Snatch Pull
  6. Bicycles
  7. Jumping Jacks
  8. KB Press
  9. Mountain Climbers

1 minute rest

4 Rounds.

Cool down and Stretch

  • KB Push Press [Used 24kg KB]
  • KB Split Squat
  • KB Renegade Row [balance on turned KB and row with the 20kg KB]
  • Single Leg Deadlift [24kg KB]
  • Walkouts!!!
