We are now at the end of our de-load week…..we have learnt a lot of new skills….time to put some of them to use…… a pleasant 20/20 conditioning circuit to get the heart pumping in time for the weekend.
After a thorough warmup and mobilisation of the joints……we completed the 100 rep challenge for the day….
Then onto the workout:

- KB Swing
- Pushups
- KB Clean / Catch / Squat
- Reverse Lunge
- KB Snatch Pull
- Bicycles
- Jumping Jacks
- KB Press
- Mountain Climbers
1 minute rest
