Another Skills session…..this rounds off the week nicely…..tomorrow we will put it all together in a nice conditioning workout using the skills we have learnt this week.
Skill Session:
- KB Presses [Both 2 handed and 1 handed - and both Strict and Push Press were covered]
- KB Row
Workout: Triplets; 5 minutes on each triplet, then 1 minute rest, then 5 minutes on the next triplet.
- KB Swings x 10 [2 Handed or 1 handed]
- X-Body Mountain Climbers x 10
- Band Swimmers x 10
1 minute rest
- KB Clean x 10 [either 10 2 handed cleans, or 5 on each arm]
- KB Press x 10 [Either 10 2 handed or 5 each arm]
- Hip Openers x 10
