After a warm up and joint mobilisation, we did the 100 Rep challenge for the day.

We then had another KB Skills Session and finished with a wee workout to embed the skills.

Skill Session:

  • 1 Handed KB Swings
  • Turkish Get Up
  • KB Snatch Pull [2 hand Snatch Pull, then 1 hand Snatch Pull]

Workout: 15 / 15 x 6

  1. KB Swing [Alternate between 1 handed and 2 handed swings]

1 minute Rest

  1. Hamstring Curls / MB Slams [Kneeling]

1 minute Rest

  1. KB Snatch Pull / Mountain Climbers
