It’s a Friday, it’s also the day after Canada Day……so the turn out was not as many as originally thought…..however those who did turn up……..YOU WERE AWESOME……

This was a tough workout, well done to those who came, gave it their all, kicked ASS and took names.

Decker is basically a deck of cards…..each suit corresponds to an exercise, face cards are 12 reps, Aces are 11, and anything below 5….you have the choice of doing that number or just doing 5 [so the minimum number done on any exercise would be 5!!]

Workout: Decker

  • HEARTS - Split Squat Jumps
  • SPADES - High Pulls [Well Done to Lisa J, not only the one and only at 7pm but she did KB Snatch Pulls with the 16kg KB, having only just been shown how to do them!!! SOLID WORK LISA]
  • DIAMONDS - Renegade Rows
  • CLUBS - Burpees

The Joker was 400m RUN [or upper body running if unable to run]
